On October 5th we will gather again in the Westfalenhallen for another edition of SYNDICATE. Read everything you need to know about the event in the final info and check out the timetable below.

Ticket & Box Office

Don’t have a ticket for SYNDICATE yet? There are still tickets available here!

Hard tickets can be ordered until October 5th. For 85,-€ there will also be tickets available at the box office, which will be open from 6:00 PM.

Please note: Hard tickets do not grant admission. You will also receive an email with an eTicket.

Kulturpass

Have you turned 18 this year or are you about to, and would like to attend SYNDICATE for free? Check Kulturpass!

Travel Info

Have you already planned your trip to SYNDICATE? With your SYNDICATE ticket you can use all buses, trams and trains in the VRR Rhine-Ruhr fare zone free of charge.

Lost & found

Lost property will be collected at the Trouble-Shooting (Entrance) during the event. After the event, lost property will remain in the Westfalenhalle.

Wardrobe and lockers

There are enough cloakrooms and lockers in the Westfalenhallen to keep your coats and other personal belongings. You can book your locker in presale here! Book your locker in advance here!

Paying on site

SYNDICATE goes cashless! When entering the Westfalenhallen, you will receive a wristband. Please note that you cannot enter the venue without a wristband.

You can top up credit on your wristband in advance via the event portal! Topping up credits on-site is possible via self-top-up stations, staffed top-up stations (also cash payments possible) and online in the event portal.

Re-entry

Re-entry is available. You can book this option in advance through the event portal or on-site at the TopUp stations.

ATM

There are ATMs in the circulation area of the Westfalenhallen and another one between Halls 2 and 3 in the foyer.

Food & drinks

There are enough food and drink stands in the Westfalenhallen (also for vegetarians and vegans).
Bringing food and drinks is not permitted.

Protect your ears

You’ve only got one set of ears, so treat them with care. You can get hearing protection at all merchandise stands.

What you cannot bring to the event

  • Weapons of all kinds
  •  Items that can be used similarly to a weapon or a dangerous projectile and do not obviously serve another, peaceful purpose (e.g. backpack)
  • Drugs, narcotics, knockout drops and legal highs (e.g. bath additives), unless a medical document clearly confirms the need to take them with you and use them
  • Irritant gas, pepper spray, animal repellant spray and the like
  • Spray deodorants
  • Laser pointer
  • Corrosive or highly flammable substances
  • Fireworks, sparklers, pyrotechnic material, flares, smoke candles, bengal lights or any other pyrotechnic effect
  • Advertising material of any kind, in particular flyers, unless previously expressly approved by the organizer (in this case the advertiser must submit the written consent of the organizer
  • Racist, xenophobic, left-wing and right-wing extremist propaganda, in particular from parties or associations that have been declared unconstitutional or otherwise banned.
  • Drinks and food of all kinds, unless the visitor is dependent on them for health or medical reasons; the visitor has to prove the exception
  • Bottles, cans, plastic canisters and/or other drinking containers
  • Chairs, seating furniture and seating (e.g. Styrofoam cubes)
